How does being a reseller work?
You have a control panel called Web Host Manager. WHM is where you go to create your customer accounts. After filling in their account information you click "create." This will instantly set them up with their very own control panel. Their control panel is where they will go to administer their website. Once they are logged into Cpanel they can create subdomains, email addresses, change passwords, and much more without requiring any assistance from you or us.

WebHost Manager
WebHost Manager is the server administration interface which allows you to control and monitor your server from a easy to use web interface. Within WebHost Manager, you can manage domain accounts, restart services (apache, bind, SQL, etc), manage your hosting and reseller accounts, install server and system software and modules, configure manual or automatic system backups, transfer accounts between servers, edit DNS, and more.

To get started all you have to do is signup for a one of the above reseller accounts. After you sign up, you will be given access to your WHM (Webhost Manager control panel) within 24 hours after your payment is verified. You will then be able to add accounts as you need them.
